This website presents the properties of Rastelli Group. Depending on your enquiry, booking or stay, one of the following companies is responsible for processing your data:

For general enquiries, contact info@rastelligroep.be. The hotel with which you book may provide additional information about its own processing.
Data and purposes
Through our contact form we process your name, email address, optional telephone number and message to answer your enquiry and forward it to the appropriate property when needed. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding or on steps prior to a contract. For job applications, we process contact details and your CV to consider your application. The relevant company processes data needed for bookings, events, invoicing and legal obligations.
Service providers
Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit and forwarded by email to info@rastelligroep.be. According to its documentation, FormSubmit retains submissions for 30 days. ChatGPT Sites hosts this website and may process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs for operation and security. Email providers are involved when you contact us. Data is shared between group companies only where needed to route your request or booking. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area subject to applicable legal safeguards.
Retention
We retain enquiries and applications only as long as needed to respond and follow up. Booking and invoice data is kept in accordance with applicable legal retention rules. Contact us for the period applicable to a specific file.
Cookies
This group website itself does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Local storage only remembers that you closed the cookie notice. The form service may display security measures, including a CAPTCHA, on submission. Individual hotel websites have their own privacy and cookie policies.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent where it is the basis for processing. Contact info@rastelligroep.be. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Mailing list
If you sign up, we process your email address and explicit consent to send occasional emails about news, offers and events from Rastelli Group and its hotels. Requests arrive via FormSubmit at info@rastelligroep.be and are handled manually. We do not share your details for other marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time via info@rastelligroep.be; we will then remove your address from the list. If we use a mailing service later, we will update this policy with details of that service.
