1. Operators and scope
Rastelli Group is a joint presentation of two separate companies. Rastelli Hospitality Group BV (BE 0417.963.694, Aragonstraat 6, 2500 Lier) operates Hof van Aragon and Hotel Villa Monte. Circus Rastelli NV (BE 0466.031.451, Hoornzeelstraat 63, 3080 Tervuren) operates Hotel De Zalm, Hotel Karmel, Hotel de Franse Kroon and Hotel Rastelli. Your booking confirmation, quotation or invoice identifies your contracting party. This website does not make one company party to contracts entered into by the other.
These group terms provide a general framework. An expressly communicated rate, confirmed quotation and the relevant hotel's specific terms take precedence where they differ. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.
2. Bookings and stay
A booking is confirmed when accepted by the hotel. Your confirmation or the hotel's website states check-in and check-out times. Please advise the hotel of a late arrival. Guests must use the premises with care and follow reasonable house rules. Smoking in rooms is prohibited; actual, demonstrable damage or extraordinary cleaning costs may be charged.
3. Cancellation
The cancellation terms depend on the selected rate and the relevant hotel's confirmation. Flexible and non-refundable rates can have different deadlines and charges. The terms are shown before booking. Groups and events follow the deadlines and fees in the written quotation or confirmation from the contracting company.
4. Payment and card guarantee
The hotel may request a valid payment card or advance payment and, within applicable law and payment-provider rules, pre-authorise or charge amounts due. These may include the stay, agreed extras, cancellation charges, unpaid invoices, demonstrable damage and extraordinary cleaning. Card details or tokens are handled through the relevant payment providers and under the contracting company's privacy policy.
5. Pets and liability
Pets require the hotel's advance permission. The supplement and conditions are confirmed at booking. Dogs are not allowed in dining areas, subject to mandatory rules for assistance dogs. Guests are responsible for damage caused by themselves or their party. The hotel's liability is governed by law; nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Events
For events at Hof van Aragon, the written quotation, order form and specific event terms of Rastelli Hospitality Group BV govern, including any deposits, minimum numbers, deadlines and cancellation charges. For other venues, the applicable terms are set out in the quotation from the relevant company.
7. Website and disputes
Website content and photographs are protected. Information may change; prices and availability are binding only after confirmation by the property. External websites have their own terms and privacy policies. Belgian law applies to contracts with our Belgian companies, subject to mandatory rules on jurisdiction and consumer protection.
