How do I book a stay?
The hotel overview on this website takes you directly to your hotel’s website. Your booking is final once the hotel has confirmed it.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Arrival and departure times are stated in your booking confirmation or on the hotel’s website. If you expect to arrive late, please let your hotel know in advance.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Contact your hotel directly to request a change. Cancellation terms depend on your selected rate and are stated in your confirmation. Flexible and non-refundable rates may have different deadlines and charges.
During your stay
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are only allowed with the hotel’s prior permission. Please ask before booking. Any supplement and conditions will be confirmed when you book.
Are dogs allowed in dining areas?
Dogs are not allowed in dining areas. Statutory exceptions apply to assistance dogs.
Can I smoke in my room?
No, smoking in rooms is prohibited. Actual, demonstrable costs may be charged for extraordinary cleaning or damage.
Payment & group stays
Do I need a payment card or advance payment?
The hotel may request a valid payment card or advance payment. A card pre-authorisation is also possible. Check your selected rate or hotel confirmation for your booking arrangements.
Can additional costs be charged?
In addition to your stay, charges may include agreed extras, applicable cancellation fees, outstanding amounts, demonstrable damage or extraordinary cleaning. Please use the accommodation with care and follow the house rules.
What terms apply to group stays?
Groups follow the arrangements, deadlines and cancellation charges in the written quotation or confirmation. Contact us to discuss your group stay.
